By requesting and placing an order for number plates on this website you agree to these terms and conditions and any other requirements stated elsewhere on this website and in relation to the use of your personal information for the purposes of dealing with your order and give your consent to the retention of your personal information in order to comply with all statutory obligations.
You also agree when requesting number plates and placing an order on this site to the contents of our Privacy Policy.
There is no contract in effect until you have completed the Order Form and process and made payment to complete your order on this site.
Your order can be withdrawn or cancelled within 14 days of your completing your order on this site should you change your mind or for whatever reason unless at the time of your withdrawal or cancellation the plates ordered have been made. In the event of your plates having been made but not dispatched you will only be able to claim a refund of the cost of postage.
Refunds or repayments will be made to the card used for the purchase on the website and after 30 days any such financial information will be wiped from our system.
Any payment or refund may be subject to transaction charges at the discretion of the company depending upon the circumstances of the refund or repayment.
Should you as the customer incorrectly supply information on the website during the order process any issue arising from that in correct information will be at your risk and the company will have no responsibility for the supply of that incorrect information. This also includes reference to any information required to be supplied for the production of the plates by the DVLA.
Payment for the order for number plates will be taken at the completion of the order.
Subsequent to the order being completed you will be required to produce the original documents you have detailed in the order process to the YOTI checker.
Upon Numberplates Online verifying compliance with the verification process your number plates will be dispatched to you within 48 hours.
The order made on this website is personal to you and not assignable or transferable to anyone else.
The DVLA require us to comply with any statutory obligations with regard to the production of number plates and we will enforce those requirements without exception.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected by anything contained herein or on this website.
The company will do everything it can to ensure the completion of your order in a timely and efficient manner but in the event that you have a complaint or issue then you can contact the company at enquiries@numberplatesonline.co.uk. Any and all communication after your order has been placed must be at the designated email address otherwise the company will not be responsible for your complaint or issue remaining unanswered or outstanding.
All number plates produced by the company in response to your order will conform with the current British Standard and current legislation and will not be altered in any way for personal preferences or requirements.
Vat will be charged on any order at the rate current at the time your order is completed.
Any and all legal configurations of number plates are listed on this website and are subject to amendment from time to time.
